All new membership begins January, 2007 *student and Retiree registration fee does not include the journal. New this year: Single day registration Single day registration:$195.00 Congress Dinner- $100.00 per ticket Breakfast Workshops $25 per session (includes breakfast) Fellows should have their training supervisor sign the registration form or provide a letter from them confirming they are in training. Students must provide a current copy of your student identification. Registration fees include: 2007 dues (except where noted) Congress bag and abstract book, admittance to all scientific sessions and poster sessions, welcome reception, and breaks. |
