Please note that all presenters are expected to cover their own travel and lodging and pay the registration fees.

The specific times that we have designated for you to be with your poster in the exhibit hall at the hotel are:

It is important for you to be present at your poster during these times to answer questions and discuss issues on your research with meeting attendees.
POSTER FORMAT and SET-UP
Each poster will have a display area of four (4) feet high by four (4) wide to display your materials. The overall area is reduced by a two-inch frame on all four sides.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZES FOR THE POSTERS ARE
FOUR (4) FEET HIGH BY FOUR (4) WIDE
You may display your information in figures, tables, text, photographs, etc. Please prepare all illustrations neatly and legibly beforehand, in a size sufficient to read at a distance of three (3) feet. Hand lettering should be at least 3/8-inch or 1 cm high. Typed material should be prepared on a bulletin (large type) typewriter. A series of typewritten sheets attached to the poster board is not acceptable. Push pins (thumb tacks) will be available to fasten your material to the poster board.
Poster set up is to convene on Thursday, September 10, 2009 from 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm
Posters MUST remain on display until 5:30 pm on Saturday, September 121, 2009 at which time authors will be responsible for dismantling. Any posters remaining after 5:30 pm on Saturday will be removed by staff and OARSI cannot be responsible for your poster.

Congress registration includes 2010 dues renewal and/or membership.
Registration fees include 2009 dues renewal or new membership and the subscription to the journal Osteoarthritis and Cartilage. All new membership begins January, 2010.
