No booth dismantling may begin before 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 12. All exhibit material must be removed from the area by 8 p.m.
Special Exhibit Hall Events
An Opening Reception September 10 and periodic refreshment breaks during the course of the congress will be in the exhibit hall, which is also the location of the poster sessions.

Booth Information/Prices
Booth Rate – Member & Sponsor $2,300
Booth Rate – Non-member $2,800
Each exhibiting company is entitled to four exhibit floor passes/badges for every assigned exhibit space. These are intended for booth personnel. Additional exhibit floor passes/badges are $100 each. Exhibitors may purchase full congress registrations at established rates.
Additional Exposure
Contracted exhibitors will have their company Web sites linked from the OARSI site.
Terms of Payment
Full payment must accompany the exhibit space application/contract. Space will not be assigned or held without the application and full payment. Payment can be made in three ways: credit card, check payable to OARSI (U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, only) or wire transfer (additional fees apply.) Checks and exhibit space applications/contracts should be returned to OARSI World Congress, Attention: Melanie McClurkin, Exhibits Manager, 15000 Commerce Parkway, Suite C, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 USA. Assignment of Space
Booths are assigned upon receipt of applications on a first–come, first–served basis. Non–profit space assignments are made based on space availability at the discretion of show management.
Every effort is made to satisfy exhibitor space requests; however, no guarantee is made. If preferences are not available, OARSI World Congress Exhibit Management reserves the right to make space assignments. Exhibit Management reserves the right to transfer assignments when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the total exhibits.
Security
Security is provided during hours the exhibition is closed. However, each exhibitor should make provisions to safeguard his/her goods from the time they are placed in the booth until the time they are removed. OARSI World Congress is not responsible for loss or damage.
