OARSI China Evening—welcome to submit 3-minutes speech abstracts

Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) is the premier international organization for scientists and health care professionals focusing on the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis through the promotion and presentation of research, education and the worldwide dissemination of new knowledge.

OARSI China Evening will be held during the World Congress on Osteoarthritis in Toronto, Canada on May 3rd, 2019. Prof. Yingze Zhang (Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, President of the Chinese Orthopaedic Association) and Prof. Xiaofeng Zeng (President of Chinese Rheumatology Association, Director of Department of Rheumatology and Immunology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital) will serve as the meeting’s Honorary Chairs. Prof. Changhai Ding (OARSI Board Member, Director of Clinical Research Center at Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University, Professor at University of Tasmania) and Prof Jianhao Lin (Chair of OARSI Asian Task, Director of Department of Arthritis Clinic and Research Center at People’s Hospital, Peking University) will be the chairs of this meeting.

The meeting will specially invite world-renowned experts to discuss research progress of osteoarthritis in 2018. Simultaneously, a 3-minutes speech contest will be held for outstanding young researchers, and prizes will be provided to the winners selected by the meeting committee. We sincerely invite you to participate in this event.

3-Minutes Speeches by 10 Outstanding Young Researchers

Conditions:

  1. Doctoral students or postdoctoral fellows, <40 years old;
  2. Engaged in osteoarthritis research;
  3. Please submit your abstracts to the email address: zhaohua.zhu@utas.edu.au for selection before 30 March, 2019.
