Young Investigator Committee is Recruiting New Members

The Young Investigator Committee (YI) was established in 2008 to encourage greater participation of young investigators in OARSI. Over the past years, the YI has hosted several activities at the annual congress including a pre-congress workshop and lunchtime workshop. The establishment of the meet-the-mentor sessions, which provide a great opportunity for informal networking and scientific and career advice, is among its biggest success. The YI actively and closely collaborates with the OARSI Board of Directors, Congress Program Committee and other Subcommittees to develop further activities and provide input into the annual congress program and strategic direction of OARSI.
The YI is currently accepting applications for 2 new members of the Young Investigators Committee for a 4-year term, starting at the upcoming 2018 OARSI Congress in Liverpool.
